These curious supernatural creatures are playful and trusting beasts, given to taking shiny things and establishing social communities of 20 or more at a time. Local legend tells that with their shining eyes, they can see evil spirits, and that their howls at night-time frighten spirits away. They are adorable and very friendly, often taken as pets by those who can catch one. Prized as spiritual beings by the A'toan people, they are well-regarded, and harming one is considered a crime among their tribes.
